HOW WILL MY MEALS BE DELIVERED?

All Daley Fuel Meal packs are delivered in 2x deliveries!

First half of your order arrives on Monday and the second half of your order will arrive on Wednesday.
This is to ensure your meals are fresh all week long.

Daley Fuel appreciates that travel and changing schedules are part of life and we will make every attempt to be flexible in terms of accommodating your needs. Customers on a recurring meal plan can place their orders on hold, provided we are notified by 9am Friday morning. Please email us if you need to place your order on hold.

We require 3 days notice (at least 72 hours) to cancel orders. Once purchased, orders are non-refundable. Should you wish to postpone your order, a credit note can be added to your file to be redeemed whenever you are ready. When you are ready to resume your order, we simply require 72 hours notice to get you restarted. Remember, Daley Fuel meals are freshly prepared. After an order has been placed, we hit the markets to get your fresh fruit and vegetables, produce and other ingredients.

We don’t believe in fixed-term contracts but we know many customers love getting their regular Daley Fuel meals each week. If you’d like to receive meals on an ongoing basis, please email us and we will be able to assist you further.

We can cater for allergies such as gluten and dairy intolerance. Please get in touch with us to discuss options. Unfortunately, we are not able to cater for food preferences.

Delivery

The following delivery day (either Monday or Wednesday).

If you live in a secure building, you will need to supply specific delivery instructions along with a key or swipe card for access to the buildings. The driver can simply collect the key from your mailbox on the morning of your delivery. If there is no key, meals will be left in the vicinity of the door.

All meals will be delivered by 5-6:30am to your home/office. Please note we cannot provide a specific delivery time as these vary day to day.

All meals are delivered on Monday and Wednesday. We do not deliver on weekends. The meals will be delivered in a white cooler box.

Sure. Please contact us to let us know your updated address details. We require at least 72 business hours prior to delivery to amend this on your profile.

Once delivery has been made, Daley Fuel is unable to accept responsibility for any stolen/spoiled meals.

Preparation

The meals can either be heated for 2-4 minutes in the microwave within the container provided. If you do not have a microwave or prefer not to use one you may reheat the meals on the stove or in the oven.

If there are side dressings these will be served in individual 30ml containers and can be added to the meal at your discretion.

Meals in the plastic containers keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days after delivery and can also be frozen if necessary with the exception of shellfish dishes and salads, which are best eaten a day or two after delivery.

Meals should be transferred to a refrigerator immediately after delivery.
