Due to the nature of our business, Daley Fuel requires all cancelations to be email to email@example.com by 5pm Fridays.
Daley Fuel delivers on Sundays and Wednesdays, however delivery days and times are subject to change during, public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances. We will estimate time of arrival for delivery however unfortunately the time may vary due to circumstances such as traffic etc.
Pre prepared meals will be delivered in a cooler bag/box that requires meals to be immediately placed in your fridge. If you are unable to accept the delivery, the bag will be placed at its specified secure area at your own risk. Whoever receives the delivery at the instructed address will be presumed by Daley Fuel to be authorised to receive the delivery.
Meal Orders placed and paid for, are for one (1) menu only and can rollover to the following week, when stated by the Customers.
When you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personal identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and ccv).
When responding “SAME” to our SMS system, Daley Fuel has gained permission to place an order on the customer’s behalf and take payment via Stripe or PayPal Australia. All details are secure & Daley Fuel will simply process the customer’s previous order in the system. Daley Fuel also has weekly menu changes so all removed meals will be replaced with a meal similar to that dish.
Before consuming any products produced by Daley Fuel, please note that there maybe traces of the following allergens; eggs, seafood, peanuts, sesame seeds, sulphites, tree nuts and gluten. Although we do not include these in some meals upon request, it is not guaranteed the total absence of these allergens as we use these allergens in our kitchen.
Refund & Returns Policy
The Return & Refunds Policy covers refused and returned orders due to system error, customer error and driver inability to safely and correctly deliver an order. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been open, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
If for any reason you receive a delivery in error, you must contact Daley Fuel at firstname.lastname@example.org within six (8) hours to organize a delivery pick-up of that order. Failure to contact Daley Fuel within the designated time will deem the goods spoiled and your acceptance of the delivery, which you will be charged for.
Should a customer or any person located at the delivery address (home or business) refuse the delivery, the goods will be returned to the kitchen, at customer’s expense. Customers bare all costs associated with the refusal and return of any order to our kitchen Refused or returned deliveries will be kept at our kitchen for one – two (1-2) days only and the Customer must make arrangements with Daley Fuel to pick up their order. Customer orders not picked up within one – two (1-2) days of return will be disposed of as per our Food Health & Safety Policies.
Daley Fuel will refund payment in the event that there is a confirmed error on our end and you have been incorrectly charged. All products and orders must be returned in their original condition.
Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of Daley Fuel will prohibit any refunds or credits being issued to the Customer. Daley Fuel will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.
Daley Fuel makes no promises as to the health effects/weight loss to any individual.
Daley Fuel Is not liable for any person becoming sick as a result of eating the meals provided if the meals are not immediately refrigerated upon delivery.
Information provided to Daley Fuel will be used for marketing purposes.

Personal and Financial details are protected at all stages of the transaction when payments are placed through the website, via PayPal.
No credit card details are stored on our systems at any stage.
Daley Fuel may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service. Daley Fuel does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.
